6A, 8 & 10 New Bridge Street

Large image

This lovely B-listed building dates to around 1800 and sits on the corner of two of Ayr's most important streets: New Bridge Street and Boat Vennel, the latter of which contains Ayr's oldest building, Loudon Hall.

This building has retained many of its historic features, but prior to the renovation works water was coming in through the roof and the traditional Sash and Case windows were very draughty.

We started on site with this building in April 2013. Working with our contractor, CBC Stone, we completed work in August 2014.
